Same stuff different week, amiright?
Is it just me or do the weeks fly by in a blur these days? Maybe it's because things are sort of going back to normal. Or the new normal feels more like normal. In fact, Rob and I both got our second doses of the COVID vaccine this week so even old normal may be somewhere on the horizon.
This week wasn't totally devoid of novelty though: the big news is that we started preparations to put our house on the market! We decided earlier in the year to move into our school district so the kids can take the bus home. We currently open enroll and while it's fine for the time being, Kasper will go to middle school after 5th grade and it would be far easier for us to be in district. The hot sellers market spurred us to take the plunge right now. We're putting a ton of our stuff in storage right now to clear out some space. We really have a lot of stuff.

It was in the 80's yesterday! I walked to the post office and sunburned quite a bit of my upper half. I met Rob and the kids in the woods where they were having a bike ride and picnic. We're apparently not quite acclimated to the heat because according to Kasper it felt like he was "on the surface of the sun." He wasn't entirely wrong.
Kasper went over to a friend's house so Rob took Marlo out for ice cream.
Today the kids found a digger toy and had the best time ever. Kasper took more of an oversight role.

Side note, he's huge now.
Hope everyone had a great weekend!
