Fall!

It feels like it's been about a month since last Sunday.

Kasper got his school pics back. So handsome!


Kasper had TWO cavities filled Monday. He was a trooper but we have to revisit proper tooth brushing habits! Especially for a kid who will never lose his baby teeth. Still waiting to lose his first tooth.

Rob picked Marlo up one night. Had a photo shoot.







It was MEA this week! Kasper went with Explorer's on a field trip Thursday then I kept both kids home Friday. Marlo had conferences Friday morning where we learned she's very sweet but also dramatic and does what she wants. Story of her life. We all got flu shots Friday, braved Costco then had our family pictures done! Friday night we had our first non-family babysitter! There's a girl that lives in the bus stop neighborhood that's getting into babysitting so we asked her to come over for a couple hours. She's 11 and such a sweetheart. We went to dinner with friends. She brought activities to do with the kids, got them ready for bed, tucked in, Marlo read to. The kids LOVED it and want a babysitter again.

Holiday weekend means pseudo camping! Marlo is not pleased Lois is touching her bed.




Yesterday Kasper had a playdate in the morning then we met Grandma Sandra for dinner to celebrate her birthday!


This morning we had a end of season soccer party! This group of kids is so fun.


It's been cold and windy all weekend. We'd been planning to go to the corn pit but had second thoughts because of the weather and the yard work waiting at home. Marlo has been asking about going to the corn pit for weeks and was so excited so we decided to go. I'm so glad we did! The kids had so much fun and it wasn't as cold as we feared. I think the weather scared lots of people off because it wasn't busy at all!







They had pig races. Hilarious.

We got home mid afternoon so some of those leaves could be dealt with. Don't know if she's helping or hurting.




I'm exhausted! I need a day off to recover. I hope everyone had a great weekend!
