Back to school!
Tuesday was Kasper's first day of first grade! What a difference between this year and last year. He wasn't nervous at all and knew how to ride the bus, find his room, eat lunch, etc. So far so good!

Kasper has been LOVING first grade. He has some friends in his class which is nice. On the first day, Kasper and a friend walked around the playground at recess and talked to all of their classmates from kindergarten. He said "You know, I about cried I was so happy to see my friends. My eyes even got a little watery." He is such a sweet boy.
The rest of the week was basically a blur.
We got out yesterday to hit up the Apple House for our first SweeTangos of the year and also swung through the Arboretum! It was a beautiful day.

FALL LEAVES!

Don't know how much longer they'll fit in this wagon!

Cool pictures of a butterfly or moth or whatever it is. It's cool to see his super long proboscis.

Marlo spent most of her weekend drawing many, many piggies and cutting them out.

A quick survey of her work reveals 22 piggies, 3 Kaspers, 2 water balloons, 2 suns, and, predictably, a pheasant.
And with that we're back at it tomorrow. Hope everyone had a great weekend!
