Kasper: 20 months

Dear Kasper,

You are 20 months old today!



Where to start...

You are now in the toddler room at daycare and you love it! You cry when I drop you off but that's common at this age and you get over it pretty quickly. You enjoy all the activities and crafts you get to do in the new room and come home with a project every day.




You are talking more and more every day. You have started to string words together now which is fun. One of my favorites this month is "No Barking!" which Sissy hears often.



One word we hear constantly that we do not care for is "MINE!".



You are becoming such a big boy! You walk down the stairs holding on the the railing...

you LOVE jumping and can clear the ground finally. You enjoy playing outside and "working"...

you enjoy solving puzzles and stacking blocks, you love reading.




You are for sure a TODDLER with some toddler behaviors. You throw things at people and dogs, you flush the toilet over and over, you whine for snacks, you don't want to listen when we ask you not to do things, you don't want to hold hands while walking, etc.



You have 8 teeth with a canine creeping up on the bottom. You wear 12 month clothes more of the time and 18 month pjs. You're still a skinny guy.



Nothing new in the eating department. Apparently you eat very well at school. You eat so much during the day that you don't really eat much dinner on weeknights. On the weekend, you gobble up everything in front of you!


You're still super, duper cute.
