Streetcar Ride
I had all the best intentions of write about last weekend this past week but obvs I didn't get to it.
Riding the streetcar in Excelsior was on our summer "sand pail" list. We got to cross it off last weekend and invited our friends Anna and Pete and their little guy Jack to come along!
Kasper has been into choo choos lately so we thought he might love it. Or be terrified. It was a toss up.
The streetcars are restored by retired volunteers and they look awesome!
We had to wait for the streetcar to return so we could get on.
The conductor was helping Kasper watch for it.
Here we are! On the streetcar! Kasper LOVED it! It's a really short ride so there was no danger of getting restless.
We grabbed some lunch after the ride then swung by the car for a quick diaper change in the trunk on the dog's bed. This cracked me up.
We stopped at Excelsior Brewing Co for a pint. Kasper was melting down at this point because we were dangerously close to naptime so we had to call it, chug our beers and go home.
It was a fun afternoon!
