August!

Happy August, everyone!

The kids had a good week. We had a good week. Marlo's new favorite playground activity is literally rolling in dirt.







Kasper got to spar with pads on! It's mostly one attacks, the other backs up, switch places.


The sister watched from the sidelines.


Thursday was in the 60's and rainy! I really thought it was a nice break.


We had no plans this weekend so we did nothing. It was kind of nice. Marlo and I went for a bike ride.





We see this dead squirrel every time we do this loop. He's still there! (The kids are oddly fond of him. Of course.)






Kasper and Rob stayed home and dressed up "fancy". Kasper's choice.






Today was a weird day because it was constantly threatening to rain. We ran errands and did chores then Kasper and Rob treated themselves to a movie - Cars 3! Thankfully that pesky movie phobia is mostly gone now that K is older.


Hope everyone had a great weekend! Totally heard a State Fair commercial the other day. TOO SOON.
